Friday, May 30, 2014

Bedford resident Jonathan LaMarine, along with locals Doris Corallino and Judi Lanza, recently were featured on BCTV. The ladies, joining him in a show about healthy living, were inspired by a cover story about LaMarine that was published in the Bedford Journal on March 28. LaMarine lost 210 pounds in one year without surgery. Television station staffers Bill Jennings and Coleen Richardson conducted the interview on May 7. The show is titled, “A Healthier You with Special Guest Jonathan LaMarine.” Video of the show, on demand, is available online at www.bctv.com. LaMarine, 32, has founded a nonprofit organization called NEON, the New England Obesity Network, to provide education and support for those facing similar challenges. Along with Corallino and Lanza was Susan Kelly, another Bedford resident whose scriptwriting assistance was deemed high quality by the production crew. Video on demand, featuring numerous shows previously broadcast on BCTV, can be accessed 24-hours, online: www.bctv.com. For additional information, call BCTV at 472-8288.
