BCTV, Police win 1st place for safety show

BCTV and the Bedford Police Department received first place recognition recently from the New Hampshire Coalition for Community Media in the category of government programming.

BCTV and the Police Department have joined forces to produce community policing programs to help educate residents on various topics of safety awareness. The show recognized by the NHCCM was called “A Burglary in Bedford, See Something, Say Something.” Actors and actresses in the re-enactment are members of the Bedford Police Department. The show is also available on video on command at www.bedfordtv.com.
