Lights, camera, action! Bedford Community Television is looking for volunteers
Friday, February 7, 2014
Those who are interested in starting their own television show or would like to cover town and school events using Bedford Community Television equipment are invited to join the crew at Bedford Community Television.
The BCTV staff is available to train volunteers on cameras and audio equipment for both field coverage and studio use. The staff is also available to tape and edit a new studio program for broadcast.
Many residents, like September Hoeler, are already volunteering at BCTV, and the station is seeking more people to bring their talents to the TV screen. Hoeler visited a BCTV open house, received training and is now certified to use BCTV equipment to cover events.
Volunteers must be at least 15 years of age.
For more information, call the station at 472-8288 or email the station manager, Bill Jennings, at email@example.com.
