MANCHESTER – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New Hampshire offices in Amherst, Bedford, Londonderry and Manchester recently hosted the Spring Spectacular to kick off the spring season of the real estate market and recognize the achievements of their affiliated sales associates.

Approximately 100 affiliated sales associates attended the morning celebration at the Yard Restaurant in Manchester. The event featured Steve Gamlin, a motivational speaker and author based in New Hampshire, and Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, as guest speakers.

The top sales associates affiliated with each office were recognized.

In addition, Lifesaver Awards were presented to sales associates in each office who went above and beyond during the last year to assist their colleagues.

The recipients were Siobhan Dalton of Amherst, Aurora Pincince of Bedford, Lorraine McCudden of Londonderry, and Sherry Hourigan of Manchester.

“I congratulate the sales associates in the New Hampshire offices who worked so hard to achieve such impressive sales results,” Villani said.

“Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage continues to offer innovative marketing programs, educational courses and networking opportunities to enable sales associates to accomplish and exceed their goals,” Villani continued.

“I was very pleased to see the enthusiasm that the participants demonstrated at this celebration. It was a motivating and rewarding experience for those who attended,” said Merit McIntyre, regional vice president of the Northern New England region of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “I would especially like to thank our generous sponsors, NE Moves Mortgage and Market Street Settlement Group, for making this event possible.”
