Beth Evarts, of Bedford, joins Animal Rescule of New Hampshire Board of Directors

Roger Jean, chairman of the board of directors for the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire, announced Beth Evarts has joined the ARLNH board of directors.

Evarts holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a marketing strategy certificate from Cornell University. She currently works for a nationwide environmental consulting firm in Bedford.

Evarts has more than 20 years of experience working in a variety of industries. She has worked for start-ups that have grown from a 10-person company to more than 75 employees and for nationwide and global firms with more than 4,000 employees.

Her background includes managing a professional services team, developing value-added reseller programs, managing client projects, implementing marketing and communications programs, and creating and implementing corporate brand and outreach strategies.

Evarts has served as a docent for New Hampshire Fish and Game’s Wonders of Wildlife program, managed client projects and a reseller channel for a web-based content management development firm, provided marketing support to a nationwide sales team for a global commercial printer, and managed an $80 million worldwide advertising program for a network management firm.

An avid animal lover and advocate, she initially connected with the ARLNH in 2000 as an adopter. In 2010, she began volunteering, first as a dog walker and then in fundraising. She also volunteers her time with the Bedford Land Trust and the town Conservation Commission.

Evarts resides in Bedford with her husband, Mike, daughter, Addy, and pets Pepper, Silver and Diva.
