Friday, August 22, 2014

BEDFORD – Great N.H. Restaurants, the parent company of T-Bones, Cactus Jack’s and Copper Door, announced its new nonprofit, FEEDNH.org.

Great N.H. Restaurants, celebrating its 30th year in business, has donated more than $1 million in gift certificates to thousands of nonprofit organizations since 1984.

“Our goal has always been to be an active member of our community, and giving back means so much to our entire organization,” said Tom Boucher, owner and CEO of Great N.H. Restaurants. “Our team is always looking for ways to do even more, and launching this new initiative is a great milestone for our 30th anniversary.”

The acronym FEEDNH represents Families, Education, the Elderly and the Disadvantaged in New Hampshire.

The group’s first golf tournament, in partnership with Martignetti Cos. of New Hampshire, will be held Monday, Aug. 25, at Manchester Country Club in Bedford and will be the trust’s first major fundraiser.

Centrix Bank, Hendrick’s Gin and Anheuser-Busch are among the leading sponsors of the tournament as the “Platinum,” “Signature” and “Gold” sponsors respectively.
