Animal Rescue League to host Ice Cream for Breakfast Day in Amherst

AMHERST – The Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire will host its annual Ice Cream for Breakfast Day benefit Feb. 4 at Jake’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream & Sweet Shoppe in Amherst.
The ice cream shop, located at 135 Route 101A, will donate all proceeds from any ice cream purchase made from 7:30-11:30 a.m. ($3 for one scoop and $4 for two scoops) to the Animal Rescue League.
Participants that wear their pajamas to the event also will receive a complimentary cookie.
The ARL-NH, in Bedford, is open to all residents of New Hampshire, and serves the towns of Amherst, Auburn, Bedford, Brookline, Candia, Dunbarton, Francestown, Goffstown, Hollis, Hooksett, Litchfield, Londonderry, Lyndeborough, Manchester, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, New Boston, Peterborough, Wilton and Windham.
