What’s the biggest challenge facing your type of business, and how are you approaching it? The industry is changing drastically with everything moving online. Clients don’t perceive jobs to send resumes to. Now offering more services to help job seekers compete, i.e. online web search skills training, advice on how to avoid scams, etc.

What’s the biggest change you would like to see in the business climate in this area? Like everyone else, I’d like to see more good paying jobs available.
