New controllers

WILTON – RGH Hospitality, the hotel management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, has named Kathleen Fox as controller.

Fox, who lives in Milford, will manage annual budgets for 10 hotels and supervise the organization’s finance operation. She also will develop policies and procedures that will be the foundation to sustain RGH Hospitality’s growth.

Fox brings 15 years of experience in market analysis and financial planning to RGH Hospitality.

Promoted

MANCHESTER – St. Mary’s Bank has promoted Pamela A. Roy, of Merrimack, to director of human resources.

Roy will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all human resources functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, and development.

Headquartered in Manchester, St. Mary’s Bank has branches in Manchester, Hudson, Londonderry, Milford and Nashua.

Promotions

Abi Innovation Hub has named Kyle York its board chairman and president.

In addition to the new board role, abi announced the promotion of two of its team members: Michele Petersen to chief operating officer and Jamie Coughlin to chief executive officer.

Abi Innovation Hub is a nonprofit organization that aims to attract, mentor, and foster growth and success of technology startups and innovative companies.

Helping hands

MILFORD – The Holt, Proctor and McBriarty Insurance Agency, formed last year, has committed to helping several local agencies this year.

The agency has committed to working with SHARE Outreach of Milford, the Souhegan Valley Dollars for Scholars and National MS Society (Greater New England Chapter).

It is part of the agency’s “Smile with Lyle” referral program. For each referral received from a client, the agency will donate $10 on behalf of the agency’s clients toward one of the three chosen charities.
