Tax help
MILFORD – Free Tax help from AARP will be available at the Wadleigh Library from now to April 17 on Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m., and Thursdays, 4-6:30 p.m.
Appointments are not required.
The Wadleigh Library is an official Tax Form Repository and will provide forms as they are received from the federal and state governments.
Tax-Aide volunteers (IRS Certified) are trained to assist with filing the 1040 Form and the more standard of the schedules, including Schedules A and B. Electronic filing (e-filing) is offered at the Wadleigh Memorial Library site, with no charge to the taxpayer.
Business expenses
MANCHESTER – Annamaria Colburn, owner of ADC Accounting and Tax Services, LLC in Nashua, will discuss techniques on how to gett a better handl on business expenses on Thursday, Feb. 23, at a workshop sponsored by abi Innovation Hub.
The workshop is free and open to the public.
It will run from 8-9 a.m. at 33 S. Commercial St., Manchester.
