What would possess someone to dump more than 100 tires in four spots around Milford? Stupidity? Laziness? A combination of both?

We’ll probably never know because unless the public helps the police find this nitwit, he’ll get away with polluting four little corners of the world and forcing society – in the form of Milford taxpayers – to pay for the removal of those tires.

Police Chief Fred Douglas said the department has several leads and criminal charges will be filed against anyone who is responsible. That’s good.

But if you know anything about who did this, help out by letting the police know. Hey, it’s your little corner of the world. Why let some idiot ruin it?
