I would like to encourage the voting public in the town of Milford to review the AFSCME Local 3657 Chapter 9 Milford Police Employees and the Town of Milford 2009 Fact Finding Report, regarding Warrant Article 11 and accessible via the town’s Web site at www.milfordnh.info, prior to casting their vote on March 9.
