Cabinet names editor
Thursday, December 13, 2012
MILFORD –
Michael Cleveland has been named editor of The Cabinet, the second time he has held the post.
Cleveland, who lives in Lyndeborough, was editor from 1996-2008 when he retired. He returned to the paper full-time in September of 2011, working as a reporter and copy editor, then was named editor last week by Phil Kincade, executive managing editor of The Cabinet Press newspapers.
Prior to returning to The Cabinet, Cleveland freelanced for that paper and for The Telegraph.
In 1996, he came to The Cabinet from The Sentinel & Enterprise of Fitchburg, Mass., where he had been managing editor.
Susan Clark has been named editor of The Cabinet’s sister papers – the Merrimack, Hollis Brookline, and Bedford Journals.
In addition, Wendy DePuy of Amherst, who a few years ago was a reporter for The Bedford Journal, will be working part-time for The Cabinet as a page designer and copy editor.
Kathy Cleveland remains with The Cabinet as a reporter. She joined The Cabinet reporting staff in 1989 and covers Milford. She and Michael Cleveland are married.
