Trivia night is back to benefit the Friends of the Amherst Town Library

AMHERST – The Friends of the Amherst Town Library is holding their annual Trivia Night Fundraiser on Thursday, March 27, at the Amherst Country Club.
Those looking for an evening of fun, as a history buff or an encyclopedia of Hollywood history, should attend this event. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the fun begins at 7 p.m. Register as an individual, a couple or create a team of eight to 10 adults to show off your smarts. The top team will win a cash prize along with bragging rights. Cash bar and appetizers will be available for purchase. Trivia Night appetizer menu includes homemade tortilla chips and salsa, nachos, chicken wings, chicken tenders and chicken and cheese quesadillas. Prizes that have been generously donated by area business will be raffled off throughout the evening.
The cost is $12 per player. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase the night of the event, cost $1 per ticket the night of the event. Proceeds from this event directly support the Friends of the Amherst Town Library program fund, which enables them to offer enrichment programs for the Amherst community.
