The Dove Singers will be performing the musical “The Torch is Passed” at 4 p.m. March 16, at Riverside Christian Church, Merrimack; at 7:30 p.m. March 17, St. Joseph Church, Nashua; at 7:30 p.m. March 23, St. John, Concord; and at 7:30 p.m. March 24, at Matthew Thornton Elementary School.

“The Torch is Passed” is the story of our trust in God, our acknowledgment of His intervention in the history of this nation, our experience of faith, our assurance of a loving and gracious Heavenly Father that has been demonstrated by the lives and the testimony of our elders. God told us to “ ... watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them slip from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them.” – Deuteronomy 4:9.

The Dove Singers is a nondenominational Christian ministry, dedicated to presenting the Word of God through music, drama and dance. The group consists of 115 singers, orchestra musicians, narrators, technicians and dancers from more than 45 different churches in New Hampshire.
