Your letters
Thursday, December 8, 2011
You know we love getting your letters to the editor, so keep ‘em coming.
We’ve decided, however, to make a change: For many years, we have had a 400-word limit on letters, something we started around 1995 after decades of having no limit.
Now we will return to those thrilling days of yesteryear (to steal from the Lone Ranger) and drop that 400-word maximum.
So, starting now, there will be no limit on the number of words you can write.
That said, keep in mind that space is always a consideration, so it is more than likely that shorter letters will get in first, meaning it’s always best to be concise.
Know, though, that we always look forward to hearing from you, so write away right away.
