Ice skating and sledding are even more fun when snow is coming down. That seemed to be the attitude at Shepard Park last Saturday during the town Recreation Department’s second annual Winter Festival, which was well attended by adults and children who enjoyed warming up with hot cocoa and marshmallows at the bonfire between bouts of snow and ice fun.
