NEW IPSWICH – A 40-year-old Hollis man who is director of the cafeteria at Mascenic Regional High School was arrested by New Ipswich police and charged with sending “inappropriate electronic messages to a minor child.”

Police said William Geffe was charged with certain uses of computer services prohibited. Geffe is employed by Cafe Services, of Londonderry, police said.

New Ipswich police said in a press release they investigated with help from the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, including police from Peterborough and Hampton. They allege Geffe continued to contact the student through Facebook and Gmail.

On Nov. 30, with the assistance of Hollis police, Geffe was arrested and “several electronic devices” were seized from his residence in Hollis, police said.

Geffe was arraigned Jaffrey district court, and his case is being forwarded to Hillsborough County superior court.

“At this time, the investigation appears isolated to this one incident,” police said in a press release. “Anyone that may believe they were contacted by William Geffe” inappropriately is urged to to call New Ipswich police at 878-2771.
