Next meeting of retired educator group is Oct. 17

NASHUA – The Nashua Area Retired Educators Association will hold its meeting at the Nashua Country Club on Wednesday, Oct. 17. Registration will start promptly at 11 a.m. and luncheon will be served at noon. Recently retired educators will be inducted into the NAREA during the meeting.
A presentation, “The Wave of Change in N.H. Education Affairs” with Laura Haney, N.H. president of the American Federation of Teachers in Concord, will be featured. An open informational session for members in attendance will follow.
All area retired teachers, administrators and educational staff are invited to participate and attend. The Nashua Area Retired Educators Association includes Merrimack, Hudson, Litchfield, Pelham, Windham, Amherst, Mont Vernon, Milford, Hollis, Brookline, Wilton-Lyndeborough and Nashua.
