Elizabeth M. Fyfe of Hollis, died Aug. 17, 2009.

She was born in Pittsfield, Mass., on May 7, 1923, daughter of Hubert and Marie (Durtchi) Close. She was married to Donald W. Fyfe, who died in 1984. 

She is survived by three sons, Andrew of Shirley, Mass., Donald of Hollis, Robert of Mason, and a daughter Leslie Nilsson of Taluca Lake, Calif.; five grandchildren, Christopher Loskamp, Travis Fyfe, Aaron Fyfe, Bethany Fyfe, and Elena Mamatas; a sister, Harriet Ferguson of North Attleboro, Mass.
