Friday, August 17, 2012
Laurie Miller
On Tuesday, Aug. 28, Hollis elementary kindergarten and first-grade students can take part in a program to ease their transition to school. Students will be picked up at their bus stops, transported to Hollis Primary School, visit with their teacher and new classmates, explore their classroom and then board the bus for the trip home. Buses will start their routes at 8:30 a.m., with arrival at Hollis Primary School around 9 a.m. and departure an hour later. Parents are encouraged to ride with their children. Additional information will be sent in the mail to families. For information, call Laurie Miller at 465-6535, or email hollispta@yahoo.com.
