Join the Brookline Lions Club volunteers
Friday, September 21, 2012
Susan Lindberg
Did you come and watch or march in the 4th of July Parade? Attend the Family Fun Day afterwards? Attend any of the senior luncheons? Enjoy seeing the flags lining Main Street? Buy plants at the plant sale? Donate to the school supply or hat and mitten collections?
Have you ever wondered who organizes and works to make these events happen?
If so, you can meet all the volunteers of the Brookline Lions Club who give their time to make these and other Brookline traditions a reality. We are a small group but we do big things. We are now looking for some new members so that we can continue to do these events and add new ones.
Please join us at 7 p.m. Sept. 27 at Brusch Hall in Brookline for a dinner/social meeting. We will be happy to discuss all the things we do and what Lions is all about.
Let us know if you plan to attend so that we can have enough food for everyone. RSVP to Eric Lindberg at 673-1461. We look forward to seeing you there.
