Claire E. Kecy

Claire E. Kecy, 71, of Brookline, died Sunday, January 23, 2011 at Community Hospice House in Merrimack. She was born in Nashua on June 1, 1939, a daughter of the late Theodore and Adeline (Holt) Jambard.
She was the wife of the late Raymond E. Kecy who died on May 5, 2006.
Mrs. Kecy was a teacher in the Nashua Catholic School System for many years. She will be remembered for her passion for teaching and love of books.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy J. Van Dyke; two grandsons, Cameron Van Dyke and Jeremy Van Dyke; four siblings and their spouses, Norma Woods and husband Charlie, Lorraine McShea and husband Robert, Thomas Jambard and wife Nancy, and Carole Jambard-Sweet and husband Douglas; as well as several nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: Visiting Hours will be Friday, January 28, 2011, from 4-8 PM at Davis Funeral Home, One Lock Street, Nashua. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 29, 2011, 10 AM, at the Brookline Community Church, 2 Main Street, Brookline. Family and friends are invited to attend. Interment Prayers and Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Brookline.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Claire’s name to Community Hospice House, Attn: Development, 22 Prospect Street, Nashua, NH 03060.
