Anthony J. DeStefano
Friday, May 20, 2011
Anthony lived and died with dignity and courage. His family extends their sincere gratitude to the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH for their kindness and compassion as Anthony prepared to embark on his heavenly journey.
Along with his devoted wife of 45 years, Helen T. DeStefano, he leaves behind his beloved son and daughter, Michael and Debra DeStefano, “Nonno” to his adoring grandchildren, Tyler and Mira DeStefano, his much-loved daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Eric Wojtas, and his sister and brother, Cynthia and Ken Jones. Of the many blessings Anthony enjoyed during his life, times spent with his family and friends were among his most cherished moments.
A memorial service will be held in his honor on June 11, 2011 at St. John Neumann Church, 708 Milford Road in Merrimack, NH at 11:00 am. All are welcome to join us in a celebration of his life following the service in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Anthony’s late nephew, Capt. Eric A. Jones U.S.M.C., to Heroes in Transition, Inc. at http://heroesintransition.org. Anthony was very proud of Eric, and all those who serve to protect our country.
