UNH to host annual benefit concert

Manchester – The University of New Hampshire at Manchester’s Office of Student Activities will host the second annual Spring Benefit Concert Friday, May 6, at 6 and 8 p.m. in the college’s third-floor auditorium.
Student performance groups will include Milling Around, the college’s a cappella group, and the Class Cats Dance Team. This year, 26 students will perform to benefit the Family Education Collaborative to support Bullying Prevention in Manchester and throughout New Hampshire. Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for students, senior citizens older than 60 and military men and women. Tickets for kids younger than 5 are free. Residents participating in the performance are Jacqueline Geisheimer, communication arts major, graduate of Merrimack High School; Lauren Ilacqua, graduate of Souhegan High School; Danielle Johnson, alum of the business program, graduate of Merrimack High School; and Stephanie McQuaid, biological sciences major, graduate of Bedford High School.
