Dining in days past
Thursday, February 9, 2012
Old timers will remember the White Horse Restaurant in Milford, which was located on the property where Giorgio’s Restaurant is now. The old building was destroyed in a spectacular fire in 2002. We recently found this old undated postcard in a Laconia antiques shop, and judging from the car on the far right, the photo might have been taken in the 1930s or early 40s, when the restaurant was apparently called the White Horse Farm Kitchen. Unfortunately the postcard is blank.
