Humane Society for Greater Nashua

Hello! I’m Patti Cake, a confident 7-year-old gal looking for a forever home.

I came into HSFN a little on the bigger size, and would love for my new family to help me watch my girlish figure. Because of this, I need a little extra help with some grooming so that my fur stays beautiful, and it will definitely help if I lose a little weight.

I’m independent, but will come to you when I’m ready for love and attention, and will let you know when I’ve had enough. If you have room in your heart and a window seat in the sun, then I’m your girl.

I can be found hanging out at the north Nashua Petsmart store waiting for my new family, and my adoption fee is even discounted during the holiday promotion this month.

Hi, everyone! I’m Shiloh, a 9-year-old beagle mix who is just the perfect gentleman!

I’m as easygoing as they come, and would be a wonderful family pet. I came to HSFN when my family could no longer keep me, and I’m really hoping to settle into my forever home soon!

I’ve lived with cats and kids before, and would happily do so again. I love playing with other dogs, and would make a great canine companion, too! I still have lots of pep in my step, and I’m truly as awesome as I sound.

Come meet me today and don’t forget, I’m part of the Home for the Holidays promotion, meaning my adoption fee is discounted to $50 in December.

The Humane Society for Greater Nashua is at 24 Ferry Road, Nashua. Hours are noon-5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For more information, visit, call 889-2275 or email

Good golly, Miss Molly’s a darling! Molly is a 3-year-old lab/shepherd/chow mix weighing 40 pounds.

Her luxurious coat of ebony bedazzles like the Northern Star! Molly’s elderly owner had to heartbreakingly surrender her. Molly is high-energy, loves the outdoors and is a gentle soul who asks nothing more than to be treated kindly and walked consistently. She can be standoffish initially, but quickly warms up.

Molly would enjoy an active lifestyle with other compatible canine friends and a family who will spend quality time doing activities with her. Molly travels well and is housebroken. She is working on her etiquette. Molly loves belly rubs, massages and hot dogs. She has spent three long months in the kennel 24/7, never leaving … until she was officially “surrendered.” She’s a kennel favorite.

The volunteers are all spending their Christmas wish for Molly to get a forever home and make a lucky family very happy!

Hours are by appointment only. For more information, visit, email or call 233-4801. Meet our adoptable pets at our monthly Pet Adoption Day at the Pelham Congregational Church, 3 Main St. The next one is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 21.
