Laura May Edsall, 86 of Merrimack, NH, died Friday, April 18, 2014 at the Community Hospice House after a long illness.
She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on Feb. 9, 1928, a daughter of the late Lloyd Henry and Ann Marie (Barlow) Green.
Mrs. Edsall was a resident of Niagara Falls, NY, until moving to Merrimack in 1971.
Before retirement, she was employed as a Customer Service Rep. for Adelphia Cable Co. in Merrimack.
She is pre-deceased by a brother, Edward Green, and two sisters, Edith House and Margaret Green.
Members of her family include her husband of 68 years, Harold F. Edsall of Merrimack; a son, Robert and his wife Pat of Bedford, NH; two daughters, Barbara Routhier of Ransomville, NY, and Jody and her husband Brad Averell of Merrimack, NH; four grandchildren, Craig and Curt Edsall, Scott Durivage and significant other Kelly Totton and Laura Maloney; seven great-grandchildren,
Ryan, Brett, Lilly, Laura and Calvin Edsall and Mikayla and Joshua Maloney, and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held in the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, NH, Tuesday April 22, 2014, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Nashua.
