GOFFSTOWN – Carol Ann Johnston, 62, formerly of Merrimack, died Monday Nov. 23, 2009, at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home in Goffstown after a long battle with diabetes.
She was born in Nashua on Dec. 13, 1946, a daughter of the late Roland V. and Regina M. (Nadeau) Belanger.
Mrs. Johnston had resided in Nashua and attended the St. Louis school and Mount St. Mary’s High School, before moving to Merrimack in 1962.
Before her illness, she was employed at Sanders Associates in Manchester.
In addition to her parents, she is pre-deceased by a brother Ronald Belanger.
Members of her family include two brothers and sisters in-law, Daniel and Judith Belanger, of King William,Va.; and Leo and Patti Belanger, of Alton; a sister Denise Bilodeau, of Coral Springs, Fla.; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were in the George R. Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in Our Lady of Mercy Church, 16 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack, on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Burial followed in Last Rest Cemetery, Merrimack.
