LACROSSE. The Merrimack High School Lacrosse Booster Club will hold its annual meeting and board elections at 7 p.m. Dec. 2 in Room 202 of the high school.

FOOTBALL PARTY. The Merrimack High School football team will hold its second annual Tomahawk Football Celebration on Nov. 25 at the high school. The evening will include an alumni against coaches flag football game at 5:30 p.m., followed by a chili dinner. The night will end with a bonfire and DJ just beyond the field. All are invited.

BASEBALL. The Merrimack American Legion Post 98 team is looking for a head coach for the 2010 Junior Baseball Season. QUARTERBACK CLUB. The Merrimack High School Football Quarterback Club will meet the first Tuesday of every month in Room 201 in the high school at 7 p.m. All parents of players are encouraged to attend.

ATHLETIC TRAINER. Hollis/Brookline High School is looking for a New Hampshire Licensed, Certified Athletic Trainer for the 2009-10 school year.

FUND. The Coach Korcoulis Scholarship Fund, which is presented to an outstanding Hollis/Brookline High School male and female track participant at June’s graduation, is accepting donations. March 4 marked the third anniversary of beloved coach Elias “Lou” Korcoulis’ passing. ROCKETTES. The NH Granite State Rockettes U13 AAU girls basketball team are looking to add a post player for the upcoming 2009 season. Interested players must be in the eighth grade. For more information, please contact coach Scott Purcell at scads5@aol.com or 883-4529.

CLASSICS SOCCER. The New Hampshire Classics Academy soccer has openings for some of its travel teams. The boys’ and girls’ U7 teams, the girls’ U9 team and the boys’ and girls’ U10 teams are looking for players. RUN. Runner’s Alley will hold a Fill-the-Food-Pantry Fun Run on at 8 a.m. Dec. 12 at 36 Hanover St. in Manchester. Participants are asked to bring canned goods or donations, which will be given to the New Horizons Food Pantry and Shelter. There will be a four- and six-mile loop offered. SKIING. The Crotched Mountain Junior Race Team is looking for new members for the team. The competitive race team, ages 7-18, practice skiing skills and racing techniques and compete at USSA sanctioned races in New Hampshire. The train-to-race team, ages 7-12, is for children interested in learning more about racing and improving their skills and may experience limited races. The Tigers is a developmental program, age 5-9, that increases skiing skills and confidence. All programs begin in mid-December. SKILLS CAMP. The College Coaches Skills Camp and College Coaches Youth Baseball Camp will be held at the Hampshire Dome on Nov. 28. The camp will feature sessions for baseball players who are 13 to 18 years old and sessions for baseball players who are 6 to 12 years old. Baseball coaches from Purdue, Creighton, Siena, Iona, St. Peter’s, Bryant and Franklin Pierce will be the lead instructors. There are sessions for hitting, pitching, catching and defense for all age groups. The youth camps are limited to the first 20 registered baseball players in each session. Each youth session is $50. The more advanced camp is limited to the first 32 pitchers, 12 catchers, 20 infielders and 48 hitters. Camp tuition for one session is $150 or two sessions for $250.
