Italian American Foundation Scholarships
The Italian American Foundation awards nearly 100 annual scholarships that range from $2,000 to $10,000 each in the humanities, medicine, business, engineering, music, Italian language and culture and other specialized fields.
Scholarship winners are selected based on academic merit. The average grade point average of awardees is 3.95.
Contributors to the NIAF scholarship program include corporations, individuals and organizations across the U.S. NIAF will consider matching scholarships with other organizations.
Apply online for a 2012-13 NIAF scholarship at www.niaf.org/scholarships. Application deadline is March 2.
Kocher Technology Scholarship
The New Hampshire High Tech Council is now accepting applications for its annual Kocher Technology Scholarship Program. The Council annually provides up to six $2,000 scholarships to students pursuing a technology degree at the associate or baccalaureate degree level. Application materials are due at the Council’s office by 5 p.m. on Feb. 17.
Educational Outfitters scholarship contest for k-12
Educational Outfitters will hold a scholarship contest for the 2012-13 school year. The winner of this contest can win one of four $2,000 scholarships or one of four $500 scholarships. The proceeds will be applied toward tuition expenses to any private K-12 institution during the coming school year.
Assignment: Creatively express your ideas and dreams about faith, hope and love, what they mean to you personally, and the lasting impact they create in your family, community, nation and world. Students may choose to write an essay, compose a song, submit a painting or photograph, create a short video, or some other creative expression of their choosing. Applications are due postmarked on or before April 14 to Educational Outfitters, 14A Broad St., Nashua, NH 03064. Kocher Technology Scholarship
The New Hampshire High Tech Council has announced it is accepting applications for its annual Kocher Technology Scholarship Program. Thanks to the generosity of several N.H.entrepreneurs, the Council annually provides up to six $2,000 scholarships to students pursuing a technology degree at the associate or baccalaureate degree level. Application materials are due at the Council’s office at 36 Lowell St., Manchester, NH, by 5 p.m. on Feb. 17. Visit www.nhhtc.org for more information.
