The Craftworkers’ Guild opens Spring Craft Shop

The Craftworkers’ Guild will open its Spring Craft Shop from Thursday, May 3, through Saturday, May 12, at the Kendall House in Bedford. The seasonal shop will be open every day from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.This year, the shop will be filled with arts and crafts from more than 60 artisans and craftspeople.

“The Guild has grown tremendously in the past two years, and we are thrilled to be able to offer our customers an even wider variety of high quality crafts,” said Carol Davis, president of the Craftworkers’ Guild.

Work ranges from paper, fiber and fabric arts and hand-hrown pottery to jewelry in a variety of materials and mixed media, adult and children’s clothing, gourmet treats, paintings, handmade dolls, Shaker boxes, fused glass and more. All of the work in the Spring Craft Shop is juried by the Guild.

The Craftworkers’ Guild will also hold a Spring Fling Night from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, May 10, at the Kendall House with surprises and treats for shoppers that evening.
