Zin-Zen Yoga set to open doors
BEDFORD – Zin-Zen Yoga, owned and operated by Bedford resident Michelle Fabbrini, will open its doors Thursday, Sept. 18.
Located in Woodbury Court, at 126 S. River Road, the studio and boutique intertwines Fabbrini’s passion for yoga, penchant for funky, rare fashions, and love of fine wine.
The studio offers a variety of yoga classes throughout the day, including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Mindful Yoga and Yoga for Every Body. On Thursday and Friday evenings, Fabbrini will conduct her signature Yoga+Wine classes, which will feature a wine tasting session after an all levels yoga class, allowing participants to wind down and ease into the weekend, leaving their stresses behind.
Fabbrini calls it a delightful alternative to the traditional happy hour.
In addition to yoga, Zin-Zen is also home to a boutique which offers fun and funky finds. Shoppers can browse through original, often organic, clothing, jewelry and home accessories for men and women. Soul-Flower, Natural Life and Dharma Shop are among the brands that will be carried in the boutique, all which support like-minded causes.
Additionally, the boutique will offer a selection of wines, selected to bring unique flavors and subtleties that one might not find at the local state liquor store.
The “Zen Den” provides a space where visitors can enjoy a cup of organic tea, thumb through a book, or catch up with a friend.
Fabbrini, who received her 200-hour yoga teacher training through Frog Lotus Yoga International, has assembled an elite group of instructors to guide students through their yoga journey in a safe and caring environment.
“Our instructors are passionate about yoga, and each has a unique gift to offer their students,” Fabbrini said. They “teach from the heart, with compassion, knowledge, and the understanding that each person is an individual, each body its own.”
The class schedule has been put together to meet a variety of schedules. More information can be found at www.zinzenyoga.com or by calling Fabbrini at 935-7295.
