Restaurant Week NH offers ‘high-quality dining options’
CONCORD – The New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association’s fourth annual Restaurant Week New Hampshire will be March 20-27 with a fresh format.
The statewide culinary event features more than 100 dining and lodging establishments. It is designed to entice residents and visitors alike to experience the wide variety of cuisine available throughout New Hampshire, and perhaps extend their adventure with an overnight stay.
“Restaurant Week offers locals and visitors the unique opportunity to experience the diverse and high-quality dining options our Granite State culinary community offers,” said Mike Somers, NHLRA president and CEO.
For eight days, participating restaurants offer special menu items with various pricing options, some including a prix-fixe, three-course lunch and/or dinner menu.
“The chefs from our participating restaurants have once again done an exemplary job creating menus to fit every palate and budget,” Somers said.
Diners can sample some of New Hampshire’s finest and freshest local specialties in dining atmospheres that range from casual to elegant. Some participating restaurants boast water views, while others offer a hip city vibe. Rural New Hampshire establishments offer quaint, farm-to-table dining experiences.
Eight chefs from around the state have been chosen as New Hampshire Restaurant Week 2015 Celebrity Chefs. They were selected based on their contributions to New Hampshire’s culinary community.
During Restaurant Week, consumers can download Celebrity Chef recipes from the new website at restaurantweeknh.com. The website also allows consumers to research restaurants by region, type of cuisine, price point or keyword.
