Merrimack man elected treasurer of Merrimack Valley SCORE chapter
The Merrimack Valley chapter of SCORE recently announced its newly elected officers for 2016.
Tom Osgood, of Nashua, is the chairman; Ed Izzo, of Nashua, is first vice president; Geoff Geoffrion, of Merrimack, is treasurer; and Michelle Harris, of Pelham, is secretary.
SCORE, an arm of the U.S. Small Business Administration, is a national association with more than 13,000 volunteers. Its members provide no-cost business advice and counseling to existing small businesses and to those wishing to start new businesses.
The Merrimack Valley chapter of SCORE (merrimackvalley.score.org), which covers Nashua, Manchester, Concord and the surrounding areas, has about 70 current and former business executives available to provide free, confidential, one-on-one business counseling and training workshops for area start-ups and existing businesses.
