Symphony NH performances this weekend

NASHUA – Symphony NH will continue its 2015-16 season with a program featuring Russian and French music inspired by composers from previous generations.

On Friday, Jan. 22, in Concord and Saturday, Jan. 23, in Nashua, the orchestra, under the baton of Jonathan McPhee, will perform works by Stravinsky, Prokofiev, Ravel and Tchaikovsky.

Both concerts, at the Concord City Auditorium and at the Keefe Center for the Arts, will begin at 8 pm. Tickets range from $18­-$49, and are free for youths younger than 16 when accompanied by a paying adult.

The program is made possible by concert sponsor Audi of Nashua. McPhee appears thanks to support from artist sponsors RiverStone Resources, Concord Orthopaedics and Lincoln Financial Group.
