Nashua Catholic students honored

NASHUA – Graduating eighth-graders were honored for their achievements in academics and service to others during the scholastic awards and graduation ceremonies for Nashua Catholic Regional Junior High School.

The following Bedford residents were recognized:

Meghan Lord, daughter of Bryan and Gretchen Lord, was the recipient of "The Father Deny Award." This award is a tribute to Father Deny who served as the Nashua Catholic chaplain from 1997-2006 and was a staunch supporter of Catholic education. Meghan will be attending Bishop Guertin in the fall.

Haley Schmitt earned the Bishop Guertin Book award for her academic achievements and strong sense of character and values.
