Harbor Homes in Nashua receives $2,800 donation

AMHERST – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Amherst recently donated $2,800 to Harbor Homes through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the company’s charitable foundation.

The donation was presented to the Veterans First program at Harbor Homes in Nashua, which offers transitional and permanent supportive housing that’s specifically designed to meet the needs of homeless and at-risk veterans.

“We are very proud to offer our support to assist men and women who have sacrificed so much to protect our freedom and serve our country,” said Dave Hennessey, sales manager of the Coldwell office in Amherst.

“We hope we can continue to contribute to organizations like Harbor Homes, which serve low-income and vulnerable individuals and families throughout the Greater Nashua and southern New Hampshire regions.”

Sales associates and employees in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Rhode Island donate a portion of their sales commissions or paychecks to Brokerage Cares, which supports nonprofit organizations throughout New England.

Since it was established in 2003, Brokerage Cares has donated millions of dollars to hundreds of nonprofit organizations.
