Mont Vernon man arrested on outstanding warrant

MONT VERNON – Police arrested Zackury P. Hutchinson, 31, outside of his Mont Vernon residence at 13 Second St. on March 10.

Hutchinson was being sought on an outstanding warrant for parole violations, stemming from an original conviction and sentence for the sale of a controlled drug on an arrest warrant issued by the state of New Hampshire Adult Parole Board.

Mont Vernon police said they were conducting patrols in the Second Street area and observed Hutchinson outside the home, approached him and took him into custody without incident.

After the arrest, police say, they found an active electronic bench warrant issued for Hutchinson out of the 9th Circuit Court-Milford for non-payment of fines.

Hutchinson was transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections where he will be held until a preliminary hearing can be conducted by state probation and parole officials.
