Greenfield woman arrested as habitual offender by Mont Vernon police

MONT VERNON – A Greenfield woman was arrested on the morning of March 24 after police say she provided the officer who stopped her car on South Main Street with her sister’s name, date of birth and Social Security number.

Stacylee Patnaude, 53, was charged with operating as an habitual offender, a felony, as well as disobeying an officer.

The driver of the car allegedly told the officer she was borrowing her sister’s car and did not have her license with her but the officer’s search allegedly revealed her true identity and showed that she is on the state’s list of habitual offenders,

Patnaude was taken to Milford district court where she was released on personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in court April 15.
