New Lyndeborough patrol officer sworn in

LYNDEBOROUGH – Eric MacDuff is Lyndeborough’s new full-time patrol officer.

He was sworn in at a short ceremony on March 31 by Deputy Town Clerk Johanne Fowler. MacDuff’s parents, Jim and Sheila MacDuff, of Milford, assisted, with his mother pinning on his badge.

MacDuff is a graduate of Western New England University in Springfield, Mass., with a degree in criminal justice. This is his first police department position. He has been working as a security guard at Lowell General Hospital. He is also a volunteer EMT with the Wilton ambulance.

Selectman Lee Mayhew extended a welcome and congratulations from the town.
