Milford apartment plan withdrawn
MILFORD – Last September, a large apartment complex was proposed for 25 acres off Nashua Street on the last large undeveloped lot between Lorden Plaza and downtown Milford.
This month the proposal, from Great Brook Properties and Lorden family trusts, was withdrawn from Planning Board consideration.
Developers last year showed planners preliminary designs for five building with a total of 125 apartments, and there had been a public hearing planned for February, after the plan was reduced to three buildings.
Also, a proposal before the Planning Board for 27 residential lots in an open-space subdivision near the intersection of Osgood Road and Woodhawk Drive has been tabled until Tuesday, April 15.
