Provost subdivision plan changed, approved

LYNDEBOROUGH – A 13-lot subdivision approved for Lura Provost on Cram Hill in 2009 has been reconfigured into five large lots. The new plan was present­ed to the Planning Board on July 16 and quickly approved.

The 70-plus-acre parcel will divided into lots ranging from 11.2 acres to 19.6 acres. Only 8.69 acres are in Lyndeborough.

Since most is located in Wil­ton, the plan will be presented to them on Aug. 19.

Because all of the houses will be in Wilton, the board waived the need for test pits and soils mapping.

The new plan includes three driveways on Cram Hill Road, two of them shared, and preserves the large field. It eliminates an interior road and wetlands crossings.

The Planning Board also ac­cepted an application for a two lot subdivision of land on Cen­ter Road owned by Ray Hutchin­son Jr. The proposal will be heard at the August meeting. At that time a previous plan will be withdrawn. A variance from frontage requirements was ap­proved by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
