Town selectmen plan meeting
WILTON – The Board of Selectmen accepted an invitation from the Lyndeborough selectmen for a joint meeting to discuss matters of mutual concern.
They have tentatively set Wednesday, June 29, in Wilton for the meeting.
Among the topics suggested are the Recycling Center operation and costs, including details of the proposed sticker system for use, and plans for operation if any member towns withdraw.
Other topics include Goss Park and the ambulance service.
The Lyndeborough letter notes, "We are aware that not all of these items are within your control, either operationally or financially, but affect our taxpayers."
Lyndeborough is part of, or uses, all of these services.
