CASEY

Hi, guys, it’s me, Casey! I’m an adorable, shy 4-year-old hound cross who’s looking for a family to love. I’m as sweet as can be, but need a family who will give me some time to get comfortable in new situations. I’m a typical hound dog who follows my nose, and going on a walk is one of my favorite things ever. Older kids and up would be my ideal home, since I might be a bit jumpy for young kids. I can handle an active home, though, and can’t wait for someone to go on adventures with!

PATTI CAKE

Hello! I’m Patti Cake, a confident, 7-year-old gal looking for a forever home. I came into HSFN a little on the bigger size, and would love for my new family to help me watch my girlish figure. Because of this, I need a little extra help with some grooming so that my fur stays beautiful, and it will definitely help if I lose a little weight. I’m independent, but will come to you when I’m ready for love and attention and will let you know when I’ve had enough.

The Humane Society for Greater Nashua is at 24 Ferry Road, Nashua. Hours are noon-5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For more information, visit www.hsfn.org, call 889-2275 or email hsfn@hsfn.org.

KATCHY

Katchy is a bewitching 7-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing 15 pounds. Sweet Katchy loves cuddling, car rides and leisurely strolls in the crisp fall air. She is housebroken, walks politely on leash and is food-motivated. Katchy likes other small dogs, but flaunts “big dog” attitude with larger dogs and will benefit from careful socialization. Her BFF is a Parrot. She isn’t cat-tested yet. She has done well with children, but we recommend gentle kids older than 10.

The Animal Rescue Network operates by appointment only. For more information, fill out an adoption form at www.arnne.org, email info@arnne.org or call 233-4801. Meet our adoptable pets at our monthly Pet Adoption Day from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Oct. 26 at the First Congregational Church, 3 Main St., Pelham.
