SEPTEMBER IS LIBRARY CARD MONTH

September usually means getting the kids back to school, but it’s also a great reminder to get the kids a library card. For little ones starting kindergarten we offer a goody bag of fun surprises as a reward for getting their first library card. But the library isn’t just for younger kids. We offer some fun programs for kids of all ages to enjoy, plus have a growing collection of materials selected just for kids, ranging from printed books, audiobooks, DVDs, video games, graphic novels and more. We also offer a quiet place to get homework done and have an abundance of resources to help with even the toughest assignments. This September, we hope you visit your library and get kids excited about visiting us for years to come.
