Brookline church to host senior luncheon, breakfast buffet

BROOKLINE – Brookline Community Church has rescheduled its senior luncheon for 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30.

Soup, sandwiches and dessert will be served. Please bring a nonperishable food item for the food pantry.

The church will hold a breakfast buffet from 7:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6. All proceeds will be donated to Bridges, Harbor Homes and His Mansion.

These three organizations support people in need, including victims of violence and abuse, people who are homeless or disabled and people struggling with a variety of life-controlling issues.

The buffet will include scrambled eggs, breakfast casseroles, pancakes, bacon, sausage, home fries, homemade muffins, coffee cakes, a selection of cereals, doughnuts, fresh fruit, milk, juice, coffee and tea.

Tickets are available at the door and are $7 for adults and children and $5 for senior citizens. Children 3 and younger are free.
