Hollis man named to YMCA board

NASHUA – The YMCA of Greater Nashua announced its newly elected members of the board of directors.

Elected to three-year terms were:

? William Anderson, of Hollis, managing director for Suburban Propane.

? Stephen Lynn, of Nashua, vice president of national sales, managed accounts, for Fidelity Investments.

? Caryn Blake, of Merrimack, human resources director for Fidelity Investments.

? Anna O’Harren, of Nashua, director of pharmacy and retail operations for Walgreens.

"I am excited to have these wonderful community leaders joining our board of directors to aid us in our great work and service to the Greater Nashua region," said Michael LaChance, YMCA of Greater Nashua CEO.

The role of YMCA volunteers is to provide leadership, guidance and financial support to the organization as it works to provide programs and services to youths and families in Greater Nashua. Board members work with staff to develop a long-range plan that guides the implementation of programs and initiatives that support the Y’s efforts to nurture the potential of youths, improve the nation’s health and well-being, and give back and support neighbors.
