Brookline Women’s Club to meet at Cozy Tea Cart

BROOKLINE – The Brookline Women’s Club will hold its February meeting at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, at The Cozy Tea Cart, 104 Route 13.

All women from any town are invited.

Proprietor Danielle Beaudette will make a presentation. Beaudette is one of 15 individuals in the world to be certified in all levels as a tea specialist through the Specialty Tea Institute, and has attended 60 tea seminars at the World Tea Expo.

The Cozy Tea Cart will be open that evening to club members and women interested in the club. In addition, The Cozy Tea Cart has offered to be a drop-off location during February for the Brookline Women’s Club President’s Project, which is the Front Door Agency. The agency’s mission is "to offer support and provide services to assist individuals and families transition from crisis to self-sufficiency."

Supplies needed are laundry baskets, laundry detergent, fabric softener, new towels, new twin-size sheets, new twin-size pillows, new twin-size mattress pads, shampoo, conditioner, hair brushes, deodorant, toothpaste, and brushes for adults and children.

Also, new or used silverware for four, kitchen utensils, dishes for four, bakeware, pots and pans, and small appliances.
