Santa to visit the Holiday Christmas Fair in Hollis this Saturday

HOLLIS – The Congregational Church of Hollis will host an old-fashioned Country Christmas Fair from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19. Special guest Santa will be visiting the fair between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to greet children.

In addition to handmade crafts, an extensive used book sale, and a luncheon with handmade soups and breads, fairgoers will also find one of a kind handmade gift items, baked goods, and unique items to get in the holiday spirit. The popular Ladies Fashion Boutique, will offer high-end and vintage ladies’ clothing and accessories, and beautiful Holiday wreaths can be ordered for your door. Nearly a dozen themed gift baskets will be up for raffle, including an Italian-themed and chocolate basket.

Children will have much to see and do at the fair, including kids’ crafts, delicious treats and the church’s popular Angel Loft, where children don’t need their parents in order to shop for gifts (at very reasonable prices) with free gift wrapping.

For more information, see www.HollisChurch.org, or call 465-7797. The Congregational Church of Hollis is located at 2 Monument Square in the center of Hollis. The fair is a free community event open to the public.
